Waterslide: feet first, one at a time
Deflate immediately during rain or wind over 15mph

1Assumption of Risk
▸

Renter voluntarily assumes ALL risks associated with use of rented equipment. Renter acknowledges inherent risks and accepts full responsibility for all participants at the event.

2Release of Liability
▸

Renter agrees to RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS CHS Party Rentals, its owners, employees, contractors and agents from ANY AND ALL claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney fees arising from or related to the use of rented equipment whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3Adult Supervision Required

A responsible adult (18+) must supervise ALL rented equipment at ALL times. Renter accepts full liability for any injuries resulting from unsupervised use.

4Safety Rules
▸
✓No shoes, food or drinks inside inflatables
✓No flips, rough play or overcrowding
✓Follow posted weight and age limits
✓No pets inside or near any inflatable
✓Waterslides: feet first, one at a time
✓No silly string, confetti or face paint
5Damage & Loss
▸

Renter is fully responsible for all damage beyond normal wear and tear at full replacement value, and for any theft or loss of equipment during the rental period.

6Weather Policy
▸

Renter must immediately deflate all inflatables during rain, lightning or winds exceeding 15 mph. CHS Party Rentals is NOT liable for weather-related incidents. Rescheduling for documented severe weather is offered at no penalty at Company discretion.

7Deposit & Cancellation
▸
72+ HRSCancel 72 or more hours before your event — full refund including your $50 deposit. We appreciate the notice and will take care of you.
<72 HRSCancel within 72 hours of your event — $50 deposit is forfeited. No further charges owed.
DELIVERYCancel upon delivery (we arrive at your location) — full rental balance is due immediately, no exceptions. Our team's time and travel must be compensated.
8Payment Terms
▸

$50 deposit due at booking. Remaining balance due before setup on event day. We accept: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and Apple Pay. We do NOT accept credit or debit cards.

9Property Access
▸

Renter guarantees minimum 10-foot-wide clear access path to setup area. CHS Party Rentals is NOT responsible for damage to undisclosed underground utilities or landscaping.

10Indemnification
▸

Renter agrees to indemnify and defend CHS Party Rentals against all third-party claims arising from Renter's use of equipment, including claims by event guests or participants.

11Photo Release
▸

CHS Party Rentals reserves the right to photograph equipment at events for marketing use unless Renter opts out in writing prior to event date.

12Governing Law
▸

This Agreement is governed by Texas law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Harris County or Liberty County, Texas courts.

13Entire Agreement
▸

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties. Renter confirms they have read, understand and voluntarily agree to all terms, are 18 or older, and have legal authority to enter this Agreement.
